This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit gracepointadvisory.net or contact us through it. GracePoint Advisory LLC (“GracePoint,” “we,” or “us”) operates this site.
The short version: this is a small site for a solo advisory practice. We don’t sell data, we don’t advertise, and we don’t use cookies to track you. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us, plus basic technical information about the visit.
Information You Give Us
The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address and a message. It also gives you the option to add your phone number, company and location. Nothing else is required, and the optional fields can be left blank.
We use what you send for one purpose: to read your message and reply to it. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t pass your details to anyone selling something.
If you email or call us directly, we hold that correspondence the same way and use it the same way.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the site, our website platform records basic technical information about the visit. That includes the pages viewed, the approximate region the visit came from, the type of browser and device, and the site that referred you.
We look at this in aggregate to understand which pages people find useful. We don’t use it to work out who you are, and we don’t attempt to build a profile of you.
Cookies
Our analytics don’t use cookies, and we don’t use cookies to track you between visits. Some features on the site, such as embedded content or spam protection on the form, may store small amounts of information in your browser so they work properly. We don’t use any of it to build a profile of you or to advertise.
Who Handles Your Information
The site is built and hosted on Framer, which provides the hosting, the analytics described above, and the storage behind the contact form. Form submissions are stored in Framer and forwarded to our email, which runs on Microsoft 365. Those two providers process this information on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments.
We don’t sell or share your personal information, and we don’t use it to train AI tools. We’d only ever disclose it if the law required it through a valid legal request, or if GracePoint were sold or merged, in which case your information would move with the business.
How Long We Keep It
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as the conversation is useful, and then we delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and the platform behind the site does the same. No website can promise perfect security, and we’d rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@gracepointadvisory.net and we’ll take care of it.
Some states and countries give their residents specific privacy rights. Where those laws apply to us, we’ll honor the rights they give you. Either way, the requests above are open to anyone. Just ask.
Children
This site is meant for people running and growing firms. It’s not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal, and some send a Global Privacy Control signal. There is still no agreed standard for how sites should respond to Do Not Track, so this site doesn’t act on it. Either way, because we run no advertising, don’t sell data, and don’t track you across sites, there is nothing for those signals to switch off.

This site links to a small number of others, including LinkedIn. Once you follow a link, you’re covered by that site’s privacy policy rather than this one.
Changes to This Policy
If our practices change, we’ll update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
